I've spent nearly 30 years designing, rewiring, moving and upgrading my studio and I finally have it running on all cylinders, as they say. I can sit in it for hours without coming up for air, headphones on or the surround sound monitors cranking.

 

But the experience of creating as part of a group, with other musicians, in real-time, is satisfying in a different and unique way. I enjoy it just as much as the frequently solitary process of composing.
